We will keep your luggage at the front desk (However, we cannot keep cash on delivery or COD luggage). Please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest on the package before sending it. We would appreciate it if you could contact us when you send your luggage.

If you cancel or do not contact us the day before, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee, and 50% from 2 to 7 days before.
