Q1 Where is the nearest station?

1. 5 minutes walk from ”Nihonbashi Station” on the Sakaisuji Subway Line or Sennichimae Subway Line
2. 5 minutes walk from ”Tanimachi 9-chome Station” on the Tanimachi Subway Line

Q2 Is there parking available?

We will provide you with information about nearby parking.

Q3 What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Q4 Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

We will keep it at the front desk.

Q5 What time is check-in?

Until midnight. Regardless of midnight, if you plan to check-in significantly later than the scheduled check-in time, please contact the hotel. (Reception is available 24 hours a day.)

Q6 What should I do if my arrival date changes?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the hotel. You can come any time after 4:00 p.m.

Q7 Can I extend my check-out time?

Yes, it is possible.
An extension fee may apply.

Q8 I'd like to send my luggage by courier first. Can you hold it for me?

Yes, that is possible (however, we cannot accept cash on delivery or COD luggage).
Please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest when you send it.

Q9 Can I send it by courier from the hotel?

Yes, it is possible. We have slips available at the front desk, so please fill them out and hand them over to the front desk together with your luggage.

Q10 Can I connect to the Internet?

The entire building is equipped with wired and wireless LAN. (Depending on the situation, it may be difficult to connect to the wireless network.)

Q11 Are there barrier-free rooms?

Q12 What are the payment methods and what are available?

Advance transfer, cash, various credit cards and electronic money are available.

Q13 I would like a smoking room.

We are sorry, but all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.

Q14 Can I store my luggage after check-out?

Yes, that is possible. Please ask at the front desk.

Q15 What is the pricing for children?

Parents and preschool children can use the facility free of charge if they are sharing a bed with their parents.

Q16 What are the cancellation fees?

If you cancel or do not contact us the day before, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee, and 50% from 2 to 7 days before.

Q17 What should I do if I don't need my room cleaned due to staying multiple nights?

If you do not require cleaning, please leave the no cleaning required card provided in your room on the outside of your door.

Q18 Can I take my room key with me when I go out?

Yes, it is possible. However, if you lose your room key, we will charge you 3,000 yen for the room key.

Q19 Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a 24-hour convenience store opposite the hotel.

Q20 Is there a bank nearby?

There are no ATMs within a 10-minute walk. There are various ATMs nearby.

Q21 Can I reserve a taxi?

Please make your own reservations.

Q22 Is it possible for minors to stay alone?

If minors are staying alone, we may need to confirm with their guardians. Before staying, you will need to submit a "Minors' Accommodation Consent Form" and a "copy of guardian's ID." Please
note that we may refuse to allow guests to stay depending on the circumstances.
