Q1 Where is the nearest station?

1. 3 minute walk from either Nihonbashi Station on the Sakaisuji Subway Line or Sennichimae Line

Q2 Is there parking available?

Information on nearby parking will be provided.

Q3 Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

We will keep it at the front desk.

Q4 What time is check-in?

It will be until 24 hours. If you are arriving much later than your scheduled check-in time, please contact the hotel.

Q5 Can I change my scheduled arrival time on the day?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please feel free to contact us by phone.

Q6 Can I extend my check-out time?

In case of extension, an extension fee will be charged.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us by phone in advance.

Q7 I'd like to send my luggage by courier first. Can you hold it for me?

We will store your luggage at the front desk (however, we cannot store luggage paid by cash on delivery or cash on delivery). Please specify the date of stay and the name of the guest when sending the package. We would appreciate it if you could contact us when your package is shipped.

Q8 Can I send it by courier from the hotel?

It is possible. We accept payment on delivery only.

Free admission for preschool children sharing the same bed with their parents.

Q14 What are the cancellation fees?

In the case of cancellation or no notice up to the day before, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged, and 50% if canceled 2 to 7 days in advance.

Q15 What should I do if I don't need my room cleaned due to staying multiple nights?

Please inform the front desk when you go out.

Q16 Can I take my room key with me when I go out?

It's possible. However, if you lose your room key, you will be charged 3,000 yen for the room key.

Q17 Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a 24-hour convenience store 2 minutes walk away.

Q18 Is there a bank nearby?

It is located 5 minutes walk away.

Q19 Can I reserve a taxi?

We ask that you make your own reservations.

Q20 Is it possible for minors to stay alone

If a minor is staying alone, we may ask for confirmation from a guardian. Before staying, you will be required to submit a ``Minor Accommodation Consent Form'' and a ``Copy of Parent's ID Card.''
Please note that depending on the situation, we may refuse accommodation.
