If you wish to extend your check-out time, an extension fee of 3,000 yen per hour will be charged.

We do not accept parcels for delivery. Please use your nearest delivery center.

We only accept advance credit card payments, no on-site payments are available.

We are sorry, but all rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke at the entrance on the first floor.

You can store your luggage at the 【Synapse Shinsaibashi Building】, located directly east, between 9:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays.
*Please note that the building closes after 4:00pm.

Preschool children can stay free of charge if they share a bed with their parents.

Q15 What are the cancellation fees?

If you cancel or do not contact us the day before, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee, and if you cancel between 15 and 31 days before, we will charge 50%.

Q16 Can I take my room key with me when I go out?

It's possible. However, if you lose your room key, you will be charged 3,000 yen for the room key.

There is a 24-hour convenience store within 100 meters.

Q19 Is it possible for minors to stay alone?

If a minor is staying alone, we may ask for confirmation from a guardian. Before staying, you will be required to submit a ''Minor Accommodation Consent Form'' and a ''Copy of Parent's ID Card.''
Please note that depending on the situation, we may refuse accommodation.
