Q1 Where is the nearest station?

This is Minamisenri Station on the Hankyu Senri Line.

Q2 How long does it take from Hankyu Minamisenri Station to the hotel?

It's a 1 minute walk. Please get off at the 1st floor of the station and take the elevator from the 1st floor of the Minamisenri Building to the 4th floor.

Q3 Is there parking available?

Guests staying at the hotel can use it for 2,000 yen per car per night. However, please note that we cannot guarantee reservations as there is a limited number of seats available and they are available to people other than guests staying at the hotel.

Q4 What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00.

Q5 Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

We will keep it at the front desk.

Q6 What time is check-in?

It will be until 24 hours. If you are arriving much later than your scheduled check-in time, please contact the hotel.

Q7 Can I change my scheduled arrival time on the day?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please feel free to contact us by phone.

Q8 Can I extend my check-out time?

In case of extension, an extension fee will be charged.

Q9 I'd like to send my luggage by courier first. Can you hold it for me?

We will store your luggage at the front desk (however, we cannot store luggage paid by cash on delivery or cash on delivery). Please specify the date of stay and the name of the guest when sending the package. We would appreciate it if you could contact us when your package is shipped.

If cleaning is not required, please put the cleaning unnecessary card provided in your room outside the door.

Q21 Can I take my room key with me when I go out?

When you go out, please leave your room key at the front desk.

There is a 24-hour convenience store about a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a supermarket 1 minute walk away that is open until 23:00.

There is a Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation at the 1st floor entrance.

Q24 Can I reserve a taxi?

We ask that you make your own reservations.

Q25 Is it possible for minors to stay alone

If a minor is staying alone, we may ask for confirmation from a guardian. Before staying, you will be required to submit a ``Minor Accommodation Consent Form'' and a ``Copy of Parent's ID Card.''
